I believe in the power of clarity, structure, and compassionate accountability. By creating a safe space, I help people move from dreaming to doing, without the shame, overwhelm, or pressure that often comes with change.

I live and work on the lands of the Dharawal people and am grateful for their ongoing care of our lands and waterways. I also acknowledge Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, cultures, and to Elders past and present.
